Hello,
please check the Routig in the Controllcenter.
If no Cards are connected the Software will load defaults.
If Card where connected before the settings incl. Routing are stored in the Folder "Projectorsettings".
Theese Files include the Routing and are loaded when Card is connected.

Good morning
after solving the problem with LIVE, thanks to your folder to be replaced, I no longer connected the 2 lasers to the pc (because of the bad season) and only programmed virtual shows with REAL, to the pc. yesterday evening I connected them, for the hardware check everything is fine, as well as for the shownet application, Live sees the 2 separate outputs, but REAL sends me only the image of scanner 1 on both lasers, but this also happens on the display of the pc, it only sees the image of scanner 1 projected in both virtual projectors.
once the lasers were disconnected, I restarted the pc and in the virtual section everything went back to being ok.
I state that with the previous version (2019) everything worked correctly.
