the Laptop should not be older than 4-5 Years, I3 or bigger.
Win10 or Win11, >= 8GB Ram. More important is the quality of the GraphicCard.
Hard to say, actually i would buy a Laptop in the 900-1200€Range with a
" more than Office use only" GraphicCard.
