Hi Bryn,
of course Showcontroller is also tested with the latest versions of Windows. Please connect the laser to the Windows 10 PC, start the AdminTool and make sure that it is recognized under the set IP address. Note this address and connect it again to the Windows 11 PC. Now send a "Ping" to the noted IP address via the command prompt. Should work...
Is the laser set to fixed IP or AutoIP ?

Hi there again
I have a ds1000 and am having problems connecting to a laptop with windows 11 on. It works no problems on a window 10 computer through a ethernet cable. The laptop
doesn't have a ethernet port so had to get a adapter for it. Not sure if thats the problem. I've turned off the firewall, and virus scanner plus wifi,.
Actually I've followed your howto connecting for shownet, and nothing.
I've set the ip address to 192.169.0.100 with the mask at 255.255.255.0 and the switches are correct on the laser.
What have I missed or is it that I'm not using a actual ethernet port
Any ideas would be helpful
