Precise placement on the timeline

Good morning ,

When I integrate an audio into the timeline and I want to put a laser sequence and put it precisely so that it is synchronized, I cannot do it because it lacks precision. It doesn't slip and there's always a shift. Is there a function that allows you to adjust the triggering fineness over time?
If I want to place a trigger precisely on a beat and it doesn't work because it's either too much before or too much after
